Moonlit Night: The Birth of Divine Love and Serenity
It was a moonlit night of Shukla Paksha, and the whole of nature was at its best. A gentle breeze carried the fragrance of blooming flowers, trees swayed with joy, and the leaves shone greener than ever. The rivers seemed to leap with delight, while the oceans played their most rhythmic tune, blending with the sound of conches in a divine harmony.
Birds sang sweet melodies, and a mist-like drizzle fell, adding the fragrance of earth without making anything wet. Earthen lamps glowed, petals fell gracefully from trees, and the wind carried them towards a pond where Vrishbhanu Ji and Kirtida Maiya were soon to pass.
In the pond floated a lotus flower, radiant with an aura so powerful it felt as though the whole universe was drawn to it. Butterflies hovered gently, while the moon reflected its silver light on the still waters, framing the lotus in celestial beauty.
Upon the lotus rested a child — as light as a petal, as bright as a flame, serene like the moon, and glowing like the sun. Vrishbhanu and Kirtida were the chosen souls to witness this divine sight. They approached, hearts trembling in awe, and lifted the child. Though her eyes remained closed as if in slumber, a gentle smile graced her lips — a smile that seemed to know the destiny unfolding. Wrapped in soft hues of pink and red, she was ready to meet the parents who would love her endlessly.
Thus, Radha Ji came into their lives — the eternal Goddess of Love, who would inspire the world with her sacrifice, selflessness, and absolute devotion. From that divine night, Barsana became blessed forever as the home of Vrishbhanu’s beloved daughter, Kishori Ji, Radhe.
This is but an imagination, and still, one feels that the reality must have been far more heavenly, beyond what words can ever capture.
